Welcome to Humorous Contest Speech, I am Madhu Dande from Life Builder Toast Master Club.
Today I will be sharing about the phrase “whatever you have to give me, you have to give me” We listen to this phrase in conservation between Boss and Team members. But I will share a short story about an Indian girl. There was beautiful family Father, Mother and daughter. Because of only daughter they share everything what she required more than that.
At the age of 4, her mom shouted against her doing some mischievous. In the evening father reached home and girl started weeping and explained dad, I don’t like your wife, either you can change her or you always get new things from walmart, and so can we get a new mom from walmart by swiping your credit card. That day, father and mother started laughing about that incident.
At the age of 12, her mom asked her to get some water to drink. She said I’m busy, can you please help yourself. Mother saw what she is busy? She is watching TV serial. Her mother got angry and hit with the stick. Immediately Girl called his dad office and asked operator can you please connect to my father? Operator asked number please, you idiot I have only one father not ten fathers and she dropped the call.
Her parents were giving a lot of freedom, so finally she is not listening to them. One fine day her mother got angry and started hitting with broom stick to complete any task and it continued on daily routine.
At Certain age, she has to get married to someone. Her parents saw an alliance and her mom told to that girl about last advice. In our Indian custom husband has to eat first, later you can have it. Thanks mom for your advice Girl said. I got it, what you mean! I learnt cooking from you, so he can have first and if he survives then I will have it. So that I can avoid killing myself by having the food I prepare.
After marriage she stays with her in-laws, days are running but she is not supporting any work in the house. Mother-in-law called her to help her in cutting vegetables, she said “whatever you have to give me, you have to give me” Mother-in-law thought she was afraid of cutting vegetables because she is only child for their parents. Similarly it is happening between the girl and Mother-in-law.
One fine day, mother-in-law is not feeling well and asked her to clean the vessels. She said the same thing as earlier. Mother-In-law got angry and threw the broom stick on her, immediately she did the cleaning for that day.
Once again the same story, Mother-in-law asked her to clean the house. She said the same as earlier.
Mother-In-Law got pissed off and called their in-laws and explained about their daughter. Her mother said, don’t worry. Whenever some work has to be done, you need to hit with the broom stick so that she can complete her task. Mother-in law said “That means every day, I need to do a follow-up for all my activities and also I need to increase the funds to buy broom sticks.
Now the situation got changed, every day there is fight between Mother-in-law and Girl. Neighborhood friend called girls husband and asked Why every day your wife and your mother fight?
Whenever your wife and mother fighting on which side you will stand, asked neighbor. Again he insists to ask the same question, he said I’m standing behind the wall. Because there is chance in fight both will throw items on me then I will be hospitalized. So prevention is better than cure formula I’m using.
